We at the John K. Miller Group are proud to be recognized as the Premier Real Estate Group in the Coachella Valley.  We take pride in representing both buyers and sellers and putting their needs and desires first place is simply how we roll.  We have 8 licensed realtors, 1 administrator, 1 web manager, and a full-time Transaction Coordinator, which equates to a "full-service group" capable and ready to handle all your real estate goals. Representing Seller's

Per common media chat, selling a home is one of the most stressful endeavors in anyone's life.  We're in the business of taking that stress off of you and being there for every facet of listing and selling your home.  We're confident in our knowledge and expertise with all necessary listing documents, and slowing things down so you're completely comfortable and understanding of all documents you are executing.  Disclosing facts pertaining to your home is a key element in any listing, and we take those disclosures seriously to keep you transparent to would-be buyers.  We have a proven track record of listing, advertising, marketing, and bringing your home to a successful close, so you can move forward with the next chapter of your lives. 

Another preparatory task is providing you with a comparable market analysis that determines the most appropriate price for your home. Then we'll discuss thoughts/ideas to best prepare your home for the "active" real estate market, which greatly assists in drawing buyers to your property.  We only use professional photographers to shoot (and video) our listings, as this is another crucial evolution in taking a listing that's capable of attracting buyer prospects.  We'll also advertise your home through a variety of venues, including local publications, area magazines, and numerous internet real estate websites.  We even showcase your home as part of our website's Featured Listings.

When it comes to negotiating a purchase offer, we'll be by your side throughout the entire process to afford you the best terms possible.  We will also help you understand contract contingencies and details of the closing process, in addition to managing all the paperwork on your behalf.  Essentially, we are a "one-stop shop," and we're here to represent you throughout the entire selling process, making sure that your real estate transaction is a positive and profitable experience.   

Representing Buyer's

As your Buyer's Representative, we make the process of house hunting more efficient and effective, taking the workload off of you and placing it on us.  We have a large referral base for many real estate-related professionals (i.e. lenders, escrow, title, inspectors, home vendors, etc.) and we're happy to share their contact information for whatever task(s) you have at hand.  Listening to your "wish list" for your home purchase is key to us identifying properties that meet or exceed your expectations.  We'll save you valuable time by searching the inventory and finding homes that best suit your requirements.

We recognize in today's market that a high percentage of buyers are combing the internet for the "right home," and we applaud your initiative, but linking with a professional realtor is the most effective way to swiftly narrow your search to homes that are available and ready for showing.  That said, showing homes is just the beginning step and process of a licensed realtor.  Once we've identified your target home we are always in your corner to negotiate the terms for the best possible outcome.  Once we've successfully put you into escrow, that's when realtors are invaluable with the repair process, lifting contingencies, and getting you successfully across the finish line...and then the keys are yours.
