All homeowners have access to all amenities in Trilogy La Quinta. Your guests can access the amenities for a $5 fee each day. 


The onsite social activities are a great way to get to know your neighbors and have some good fun doing it. There is a long list of available activities to attend from live entertainment, a variety of card game meetups, sports clubs, art classes, and more.

Floor Plans

There are 13 different floor plans to choose from. All floor plans except the Talea offer an optional casita which hosts a bathroom, shower, and tub. The size of the casitas is typically around 300 SQFT and always have their own AC unit. Most casitas are detached, but some are attached.  


Irrigation Districts Electricity: The city of La Quinta is on the Imperial Irrigation District (IID) electricity grid. On average IID is 30% cheaper than Edison. 

Grocery Shopping: The closest grocery store is Ralphs, located in the "Citrus Shopping Center", which is a 10-minute drive from Trilogy La Quinta.

Santa Rosa Mountains: Trilogy La Quinta is located at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Offering unique, up close, and personal views. 

Good Wind Location: The city of La Quinta and particularly Trilogy La Quinta is located in a less windy location than its close by bordering cities. The reason for less wind is because of its location to the Santa Rosa Mountain, which shelters the city from high winds. A general rule of thumb for higher winds is the 10 freeway.
