The Citrus Club, La Quinta

Boasting an idyllic desert setting close to prime shopping, fabulous dining, and world-class recreation, The Citrus Club is one of only three golf course communities that is affiliated with the La Quinta Resort & Club and PGA West.

As you pass through the guarded entry gates of The Citrus Club, you will enter a beautiful and serene world where namesake citrus trees complement gorgeous landscaping throughout the entire enclave, including its Pete Dye-designed private golf course. Reserved for members only, the course is noted as one of the more challenging in the Palm Springs area. By selecting the right tee box, everyone, from champions to beginners, can enjoy a relaxing day on the links. In addition, The Citrus Club golf course offers one of the largest practice facilities in the entire Coachella Valley.

Members of the Citrus golf club have the opportunity to play at the nearby La Quinta Resort & Club’s two championship golf courses. Membership is not required to purchase a Citrus residence, yet many buyers take advantage of golf membership or an attainably priced social and fitness membership. Both golf and social and fitness members are welcome to experience the La Quinta Resort’s countless amenities, including tennis, its famous spa, numerous restaurants, and unique boutiques.

The Citrus Club at La Quinta presents a distinguished array of residential offerings, from stunning villas at The Grove to a variety of luxurious custom and semi-custom residences that showcase classic Santa Barbara-influenced and remarkable contemporary design. Many homesites are accented by beautiful views of the golf course, its many lakes, and the neighboring Santa Rosa Mountains.

Homeowners’ Association dues cover all common area maintenance and range from $242 to $267 monthly. A golf membership is $30,000 with monthly dues of $1,053, and a Social membership is $5,000. Recently, home values range from the $600,000s to about $2 million. All figures, dues and prices are subject to change without notice.
